PRAYER TEAMS
The prayer team ministry creates a unique chance for individuals to engage in prayer and intercession within a group setting. If a First Responder requires continual prayer or extra assistance, the ministry can identify them and guide them towards a chaplain, peer support group, or mental health provider. In doing so, the individual can obtain the necessary care and affection they require.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Addressing the needs of individuals during their most challenging times involves encountering human suffering that many of us may never encounter. Lifeline is proactively establishing a network of nearby mental health providers, agencies, and ministries to augment the existing programs in the state. Our objective is to minimize any obstacles that might hinder access to pre- or post-mental health care for the Responder.
CHAPLAINCY SUPPORT
The conventional duties of a chaplain were mainly ceremonial, where they were sought after for events such as banquets, weddings, funerals, and blessings. However, if agencies seek genuine operational efficiency, the era of ceremonial chaplains has come to an end. First Responder Chaplains require support in precise ways, as they tackle the distinctive and recurring stresses faced by the people they serve, in addition to critical incidents that call for extra support.
